duplicates of the same file

I have the same file appearing in the database twice.  Drill down to an audio:Artist:album view and there appears an entire album duplicated.  It is not the same album stored twice, but rather the contents of a directory being listed twice.

What is the best way to fix this?

Please post a screen shot of one of these.  Be sure to include the full filename as one of the columns in the screen shot.
