1. open a file
2. a loading bar is going
3. try to open another file before the first file's loading finishes.
4. then the second file fails to open
5. the most serious problem is that tons of media editor.exe processes are created after media editor is closed. see the screenshot.

the creation of the same processes cannot be stopped before i reboot.
this is an old bug. plz check and fix it.

Next build:
Fixed: The Media Editor could get stuck in a loop running itself over and over if the previous shutdown resulted in a hang.
Fixed: Opening a second file in Media Editor while it was still loading a first file would cause strange results.
