Okay, yeah... I confirm. But, first, this change by itself is huge. At least you don't strain your neck anymore. It is now
usable, where it wasn't before. So thanks! Sorry I didn't notice before.
But, yeah, portrait videos still have problems.
* Landscape videos are fixed, even if upside-down, which is a huge improvement.
* Portrait videos play right-side-up, but they're cropped (to essentially a 16:9 width "hole" in the middle of a 9:16 video, making them almost-square). You can't "un-crop them" by zooming out. It
won't play the top and bottom portions of the videos.
VLC Player and QuickTime both play this example video right, and MC does not:

And, worth throwing in there I suppose, my high-framerate videos are still slideshows.
