Restore Problem

Hi, since I'm part of the Windows Insider program I'm (almost) constantly installing - re-installing Windows 10. This time (the new Anniversary Edition) my activation of JRiver 21 has failed due to all my restores having been used.

I'd appreciate it if they could be reset.

Your restores have been reset.  You can use the 30 day trial period to extend your restores.  You can also use the Install Key for 14 days without using a restore.
