DUPLICATE TRACKS(STILL)

Hello,
I'm still getting duplicate tracks when sending to cd burner to make compilation cd's. I can't delete one from the list as it gets rid of both so there are some artists/albums that I can never have on a compilation. I am using the new version of MC.
Any ideas?
