two ratings columns?
« on: November 05, 2016, 01:53:33 pm »

The girlfriend has been warming up to JRiver and wants to include some of her albums in my main library (awesome!).

I heavily rely on individual song ratings to build my smart playlists.

Is there a way I can add a second ratings column to the entire library so she can have her own ratings on the albums we both enjoy (but maybe disagree on which songs on those albums are best)? I'd want the standard ratings column with my ratings to remain, then I'd like to add a "K's Rating" column for her to rate tracks.

Is this possible?

Sure.

Tools > Options > Library & Folders > Manage Library fields > Add new field

Data Type: Integer
Edit Type: 5 stars
