registered...now I can't make cds
« on: February 03, 2003, 03:58:29 pm »

I downloaded a trial version of media jukebox 8.0.394.  It worked great for 30 days.  I gave you guys $24.98 and now I can not make CDs out of MP3s (I could before).  I've been screwing around with this program for about 1 week and I am about to give up.  Can anyone help me?

Yes, we can help. We need more info: what exactly is going wrong when you try to burn a CD?

It appears to make a copy.  I put the cd in a regular cd player (not attatched to a computer) and it doesn't recognize it.  Also it will not take a new cd when I try to make multiple copies.  I have to reload the list each time.
I didn't have any of these problems until I paid the $24.98.

Does the copy play in the computer?

Please verify that you are making an audio mode CD and that test mode is turned off. Also, post your system info here (from the help menu in MJ).

Thanks.
