DSP and EQ when streaming to JRemote
« on: August 23, 2015, 04:55:58 pm »

Is this possible?

I have a chain of VST plugins in MC.  I would like to have at least a parametric EQ when I stream to JRemote.

I have an iPhone 6, and it sounds like s%$t without some kind of equalization.

For the moment, I'm using the Neutron Player and I get the sound that I want in my inears phones with the EQ provided in the app.

I would like to do the same with JRemote and to have access to all my music library.

Thank you.

I'm also interested in this feature.  All I've heard so far is crickets.

I see this topic is quite old.  But I just got what I think could be an awesome Bluetooth headset (Right now it's only really good!) and I would love to be able to adjust the sound coming from my JRemote on my iPhone to attain such awesomeness!

Are there any current solutions?  Or something forthcoming?

Thanks.

No, you can't do this.  JRemote "this device" playback is "special" it does not use the DSP at all.
