Hi I purchased 21 (All types) a while back. A week or so ago I thought I purchased 22 for Mac (full price.) When I got around to installing it yesterday and register, it told me the code was for another product. That was useless. Today I got your server to send me all my codes based on my email address.
Well 21 seems fine. 19 restores left. The one I am concerned about is the other one. It claims it is for 23 for Linux. NOT what I bought. And only 8 restores left, for a product I can't register.
Please transfer this purchase to 22 for Mac, 'cause I can't find a download for 23. Restore my restore count to 10, and email me all the appropriate info.
Also: 22 for Mac in trial mode exited several times due to some unknown exception. It was in the process of scanning a USB drive packed with tunes.
Crash once, a novelty. Crash twice, is setting a trend.
