Hi,

I just looked Iron Man 3 and the MC 23.0.102 picture quality (color intensity) is bad against when I play the same file via VLC 3.0.2.

I also checked via Netflix and it has the same quality as VLC.

See screen shot (attachment) - left part with VLC, right part with MC.

Both programs were default installations under Windows 10 64bit Pro build 1709 - now build 1803.

What is the reason - and how can I make it better?

Are you using Red October Standard (the default setting) rather than ROHQ?
If so, you may have to check your video driver settings.
With NVIDIA, that is found in the NVIDIA Control Panel > Video > Adjust Video Color Settings > Advanced.
Set dynamic range to "Full (0-255)"

I'd set Red Octovber Standard (see attachement VideoMode.jpg).

Wondering that this is the default (see attachment SystemInfo.jpg).

I've set it to ROHQ - Now it's ok (see attachment Comparsion.jpg).

And where can I find dynamic range to "Full (0-255)" setting? Is this an NVIDIA setting only? I have no extra graphics card because I have Intel i7-7700.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with the Intel drivers. I assume there would be an option but I don't know.
ROHQ does force the drivers to using the correct levels, so if that works on your system, it's best to use it.
