Please help

My computer crashed and I lost all data. I downloaded MJ on my new PC and am trying to recover my license, but each of the four emails I have is not recognized on the restore page. I would like very much to have my license info. Thanks, and sorry.

Please use a subject that describes the problem.

You may have a license that is not valid for the program you're running.

Make sure you have the latest build of V8 or V9, if that's what you're using.

did you try having the server send you your registration code.

and cut and paste that in the box

Yes, as I indicated in my original message, I tried every email address I have and the server indicated "Email not found" on each one, including the one I always use.

Make sure you're entering it in the same uppercase/lowercase combination.

Jim - I am absolutely positive. I have tried all four email addresses to be sure, and still the system will not recognize my information. Is it possible for you guys to just verify my payment? I am absolutely sure I am entering it correctly, as it has not changed. If the end result of this is that you guys do not want to restore my license, please tell me now and I will stop wasting your time and remove MJ from my new computer.
