I have a subset of movie files that I do not keep online, basically I've archived them.  I did most of this action in MC23.  If I open MC23 right now, I see the cover art for those with the red Do Not Enter icon.  After installing MC24, they are just black squares with the same icon.

I copied the AppData\Roaming\J River\MC23\Thumbnails\ and its sub folders - that did the trick.  But I'm curious why the installer doesn't auto do that.  Should I not just copy over the thumbnails after a clean install?
