I was just trying to uninstall V23 in prep for doing a test install of 24.0.34. Was surprised to get the uninstall dialog, but tried to fill it out for you with the "other" window. Had trouble getting focus in the dialog window and the program appeared to go ahead and uninstall. When done I still have the uninstall dialog present with my reason in the window, the progress bar completely filled, the uninstall button greyed out and the cancel button highlighted. The window remains, Cancel does nothing, clicking the x in upper corner (Win 10) does nothing. Tried to find the process instance in Task Manager, but not sure what it's called. Looks like I'll have to reboot to kill the window. Thought you might want to check into this.
