Use the smartlicst possible duplicates - you should probably edit it to make it more precise - once you are sure that these are indeed the duplicates you can select them all and delete. Add at least Album and track number to the possible duplicates selection item in the smartlist.Probably best to select delete from library rather than from disc - just in case.
