Music stops play after one track

Hi, I have a persistent problem. MC22 running client on Win10 laptop (server on Win10 desktop upstairs) connected via wifi will play first track I select, then stop. No error. Have to go back to laptop and hit play again. Only with first track, never have problems subsequently.

I've run into this problem with some regularity after I turn my external DAC off, then turn it back on later. When I turn it back on later, MC will play one track and then tell me something has gone wrong with playback. As soon as I start a new track, it plays smoothly. No idea why it does this, but it does it.

If it's persistent and replicable, should the JRiver Gods be able to help?

Same problem here, but only on my iPhone if I have the zone on -this device-. Every single time at ten seconds before the end the app stops and disappears from the screen. Does not happen on my iPad. Both have the updated apps. MC version on the pc Win10 is 22.0.41.

I have rebooted the iPhone, reinstalled the app, switched on/off the sync play count, the authentication etc.

The same number plays on the iPad but stops 10 secs before the end on the iPhone. So it is not the music.

No errors reported, no problems with MC on the laptop.

Is it possible that you have inadvertently selected "Stop after Each Item" in the repeat toggle list?

Where do I find that list? Not on the iPhone app surely.
I did say the problem did not occur on the iPad, running the same JRemote app.

After the last update of JRemote (Jan 18) the problem has disappeared. Thanks for that.

There is this other issue I raised several weeks ago, which is the inability to delete songs or playlist entries via JRemote on my iPad/iPhone in the library that is on a laptop elsewhere in the house. Through JRemote I can add a song to a playlist, but not delete it, though I swipe left, which shows +playlist / delete, and I choose delete, but the entry remains visible on the iPad and in MC on the laptop.
I'd be so grateful for a solution to this.
