JRemote doesn't work anymore
« on: December 28, 2018, 11:34:24 am »

For some weeks now I can't connect JRiver on my iPhone to MediaCenter on my Mac.
Reinstallation on the phone, setting a new code didn't work. I get the new You can see
in the appended screenshot.

It's saying that you can't connect to the JRiver key server.
Can you connect to:
http://webplay.jriver.com

from your phone? You should get an error page if that works.

You really shouldn't post an image that shows your Access Key.

Also, that Access Key doesn't exist. Either you keyed it wrong, or someone from JRiver has deleted it to protect you.

I used the URL http://webplay.jriver.com/libraryserver/lookup?id=[Access Key]  to check.
