I have an external CD drive mapped as a network share from my computer. I have a music server on which I have mounted the CD drive. I can list its content from the music server but MC24 does not seem able to find the drive when I select "Drives & Devices".

Is there a way to accomplish this?

You might reach it via the Drives and Devices > Explorer item.

Thanks. I can see the CD drive from the explorer option but it doesn't recognize any files on the drive. From my computer, Drives & Devices works as expected.

I was hoping to get this working to avoid running MC on two machines and always having the keep the libraries synced between the two, but I have done for a couple of years and MC makes the effort worth the effort.

You seem to be right, I can't get a mapped DVD drive on a different server to work at all.
