Drives & Devices is not recognizing my CDS and CD-RWs.

I have just upgraded to Windows 10 and Media Center is not recognizing my CDs and CD-RWs. I am getting the message "There is no disc. Insert a disc and double-click to refresh."My other software programs are having no problems recognizing them. I'm running version 24.0.78 in Windows 10 Professional 64 bit.

Please help!
