Prior to disposing of an iPad 4, I backed up everything on iCloud

On doing a restore on an iPad Pro, a message appeared which stated "This application cannot be restored at this time".   I have tried several times since then, with the same message.



Edit:  It suddenly came to life after I looked at the App Store and previous apps loaded
