Some BD rips do not show the right title length, or the correct file size.
BBC's UHD Dynasties is a 2-disc set. One disc shows the correct information, the other shows no duration information at all. Both discs were ripped with MakeMKV and play back fine, even with menus. Same for a few other discs. Another example - a 2 hour movie shows a duration of 6 minutes.
This may be something MC cannot fix, but with the duration field not being user editable, it doesn't look so nice when most other titles have this information filled in right. Asking for a friend. Can anything be done?

BDMV might have several playlists (main feature, extras, etc). MC might have picked wrong one for main feature.

To pick correct one ... while movie is playing, right click and choose [Title] ... from there select appropriate playlist (mpls)

Stop the playing ... right click on the title you just correct and choose [Library Tools]->[Update Library (from tags)] ... that should fix your problem

Thanks Tij!
I am fearing for my memory, as I have done this in the past! Very good to have this written down, and I will tell my friend what to do.
Cheers!

If they are ripped with makemkv then aren't they just a single  file per ripped track?

MakeMKV can make BDMV full folder backup

MakeMKV can make BDMV full folder backup

As Tij said. And with MakeMKV there's no need to have a separate decrypter.
