The following presets/settings are currently not captured in the Backup-Restore (incl. Settings) functionality:

--Column presets in list views (right click column headers > Presets...)
--Rename, Move & Copy Files presets
--File conversion presets
--Album-cover view zoom settings

Questions:

--Any chance of seeing these rolled into Backup-Restore?
--Any manual way, at present (e.g. are there .ini/.xml files I can copy)?

I looked at one, the rename, move & copy presets, and they're stored here in the registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JRiver\Media Center 26\Properties
Rename From Info - Presets

Those should be part of a library backup and restore no problem.  There's no other place in our code where we empty that string.

Hmmm. Okay, I'll double check this. I've been fresh-configuring several MC setups around my home, and I may have been looking at one -- at a particular stage of setup -- where I had accidentally not Restored with Settings selected. Apologies if that's the case (sounds like it is).

I'll check all four again and post back here if applicable.

Update:

I confirm that I must have been confused.

All but "Album-cover view zoom settings" are indeed included in the Settings portion of Backup-Restore.

Album-cover view zoom settings are, admittedly, a small thing.
