Hi,

I have the following weird issue and I'm trying to find out which application is causing it.
When I make a scan with VueScan (v9.7.28) MC stops music playback during the duration it takes to make the scan.
Music is played from a local network (gigabit LAN) MC server.

MC 26 latest version is installed on a Macbook Pro mid 2015 with 16Gb running Catalina 10.15.5

I'd love any ideas of what could cause this and how to fix it.

Update: With Swinsian the same thing happens so it is most likely VueScan that causes it. I'll report back.

Update 2: the dev of VueScan found out that depricated Canon Scan software/drivers where causing the problem. Removing all the Canon cruft solved the problem.
