How to Prevent JRemote from pausing audio when another app plays video

I like to stream music via Bluetooth to my headphones while I am browsing the internet on my iPhone and iPad using JRemote. But whenever another app, like Chrome, plays a video, the audio on JRiver pauses automatically. I can’t seem to find where to control this behavior. How do I stop this from happeneing?
