How could I write a smartlist for file not found?

I am cleaning up my HDDs and where MC cannot find a file it's not always straight forward to find the file and reinstate the directory link.

Just borrow from the "Missing files" smartlist:
[=IsMissing()]=1

Keep in mind it'll be a little slow since it's physically checking.
