Hello, brand new to this forum, but longtime user of JRiver - I first installed it in 2013, I think with version 18 then at some point went up to version 21. I started having some problems with Playback (playback would contain random pops from time to time) and decided to see if upgrading to the latest version would help. Would I have to pay full price for the upgrade? I have a Windows computer, Window 7. My old Email that I initially used no longer exists (verizon email, they stopped providing email a couple of years ago) and I have no idea what my password was or registration key. My old version is registered. Can anyone help?
