Frequently when I start media center 27 (latest stable version) it seems that most of the settings under "DSP & output format" are not in effect. I have Volume Leveling enabled, Adaptive Volume, Headphones and a plugin "Reveal". When go to the settings the volume level suddenly changes as the options suddenly appear to be enabled. This is consistent.

I play a playlist of songs that are in 16 and 24 bit formats and the volume is consistently lower for the 16 bit than the 24 bit when this is not working properly.

I am running the 64-bit version on Windows 10 X64 20H2 with latest updates (minus one security update that affects printing).
