Since Update 52 i can not now Burn Discs. It starts to very slowly then gives up.
Please can you help?

Try rebooting.

No. Tried Rebooting. No luck. Went back to Update 43 and i can Burn Discs on that, but not on the Update 52.

I don't use Windows Defender. I use Norton 360.

Uninstall it as a test.

I have ~~not~~ now Updated to Update 57 and CD burning works fine now.

Did you update to 57?

I uninstalled JRiver 27 then Downloaded it with Update 57.
So all works great for me.

Thanks. I corrected your previous post.

There's never a need to uninstall before reinstalling.
