installs on win 10 but NOT on win 10 pro

That has to be a security problem on the Win10 Pro machine or you've got a 32 bit machine and you're trying to install a 64 bit version of MC.

Have to install as Administrator.  Bug:   IPOD Classic hang computer.  this doe not happen in 27

You shouldn't run Media Center itself as an administrator, just the installer when installing it. After installing, try running Media Center normally.

Could not install properly without running program as administrator (in Win 10 pro).  When I try transferring music to an ipod/classic or FLAC player.  It takes a very long time to transfer, with the player unusable  until the transfer is finished.  Had no such issue in 27 or prior
