Hi,
No video when I try JRVR. Works with all other renderers. Have, as Hendrik mentioned in the Status thread, uncheked Hardware Acceleration, but still no go.
I am using Windows 7. I realize you are not supporting or testing on Windows 7 anymore, but can anyone else who's still using Windows 7 try it? And is there any settings I can try?
I have an Nvidia 970 card with DirectX 11 driver version 382.53, Direct3D feature level 11.1 and 4GB video memory.
I haven't tried updating the driver yet, since every time I do I spend half an hour tweaking the screen resolution and size to suit my old Sony TV, which is 1366x768, but only accepts 720 or 1080 on the HDMI input. Sometimes I end up rolling back to the previous driver. So if JRVR needs any feature in the driver except DX11, let me know.
Anyway I can just continue to use MadVR (hope you leave the existing RedOctober HQ as an option), so if someone else with Windows 7 can confirm it doesn't work on 7, or you can think of some new feature in Windows 10 it relies on, I'll leave it at that. If anyone want me to send logs, I will.

And please dont' make this about 7 vs. 10 or why I should upgrade. I am using a dual boot with 7 as a backup, and right now my 10 is without sound, and I haven't bothered to re-install it yet (for the nth time). Windows 7 just works. If anyone wants to discuss that, please make a new thread, and I'll be happy to join.
