Canīt Enlarge Song Detail

In the lower part of the menu I have always been able to move the size of the area that details the songs in every album, or in all albums for an artist, but for some reason it now only shows three or four and I have not been able to enlarge the area.  How can this be moved ??  Is it a bug ??

Those 2 "down pointing arrows" just above where it says All Files are the splitter bar handles - if you hover your mouse where they are you should be able to pull the splitter bar up - reducing the size of the top panel and increasing the size of the lower panel.
