When doing an import from a folder, JRiver ignores 2 folders that have normal 88.2 WAV files and cover art. Any insight into what causes this would be appreciated. The other 17,000+ imports worked perfectly. These folders imported normally in my last version, which was 24.

[Tools]->[Options]->[Library & Folders]->[Configure Auto-Import]

See if checkbox "Ignore files previously removed from library" is unchecked (maybe you accidently removed files from library ... and if that box is checked - MC will ignore them on next imports)

Thank you, but this was not the issue. These new folders won't even import if I use "Import a Single Folder". They imported in v24 and other media players have no problem with them.

Go to Audio->Files on the left tree, then use the search box to search for "~d=r". See if those files show up.

Try renaming the files or folder to see if they're imported. Are they on a very long folder path/long filename?

Thank you for your suggestion. Nothing showed with that search. I tried shortening the track titles and getting rid of all characters that could be in question and the folder still won't import.

Please enable logging and run the import, then share the log file.
