Looks to me like you have set up
Windows Control Panel > Sounds correctly. I suggest starting off with the same choice in
Windows Settings > System > Sound > Choose where to play sound.
Next step(s):
(1) Begin play using
"Start the Radio" button or equivalent on web page (shown below for Radio Swiss Jazz).
(2) Under a
Player tab, look for the Ipc pipe track and play it using the Play control button.
My attachments show Radio Swiss Jazz playing through MC's DSP engine to my USB DAC attached to the MC server.
The MC Audio Device is the DAC manufacturer's ASIO USB driver, the same as I normally use for playing CDs to powered external speakers attached to the DAC . Be sure to configure the proper zone (third attachment). DLNA zones will not work in this setup. You might start out by configuring the local Player zone to work with your DAC, at least as a test if necessary. As shown, that works.
