Importing Music Files Keep Adding files on Future Imports

In the last week I imported some music files.  I noticed in 31 and 33 (versions) that even after I import them on later imports it keeps saying it is adding some files but in the end report it says 0 added.  Can anyone explain this to me?  Many thanks.
