The other day my NAS drive went down with my music files. Fortunately I had just did a backup a few days before so no loss of files. I have since put the backed up files onto my PC's D:\ and after some fiddling with a cloned library was able to get JRiver to see where the files had been moved. This preserved much of the meta data, like ratings, and even my playlist structure, but none the playlist/smartlist data is populated. I seem to recall there is an easy way to edit the original library to change the location drive of the music and not lose the playlists, but can't seem to find it in the forum. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated!

Here is the solution, which is pretty simple and elegant on the part of JRiver, but for the regular user it might be difficult to find and figure out. Someone posted this years prior but it still does the job on v33
