Help wiht MJ 8.0

Download adn install MJ 8.0 and the nclick to run the program adn this pops up " Media jukeboxx was not installed correctly for the current user. Please reinstall Media Jukebox."  Any ideas on how i should fixthis problem?  Need help because it's very frustrating.

If your using WIndows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP.

Does The User Have Rights To Install Software?

I'm using XP and MJ 8.0 was installed correctly until i had to problems and decided to uninstall MJ and then reinstall. Cannot start MJ 8.0 and having current problems.
