More information would help a lot. What OS? What tuner card? What version of MJ?

If you go to "Help", then System Information in MJ\MC you can copy to clip board and paste it to your message.

It will not tell what TV card you have (It would be nice if it did). so you will need to type that info in.

Does the TV card work with the supplyed software from the company who made the TV Card?

Is the Software That Came With The TV Card Installed?
