Hi all,

Following Matt's suggestion of last week, I have set a view scheme with this parameters, so that the "tagging mode" will display all the available options for each field of the view scheme:

[Media Type]=[Audio] ~sort=[Date Imported]-d

When I have the lower pane list style set to "details", the sort order is Ok and the most recently imported tracks appear first. However, If I set the style to "album thumbnail" the order reverts to alphabetical by artist and I can't find  way to change that sort order.

Basically, what I'm trying to do is having a view scheme with the thumbnail album view reverse-sorted by "date imported", so that the thumbnails of the albums more recently imported appear at the first glimpse.

Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.

Sorting isn't customizable in "Album Thumbnails" mode because it becomes complicated how to deal with varying values within the album.

Maybe MC 10 can tackle this one...

To partially get round this limitation I've set up a view scheme for albums imported within the last 3 months and hanging off there I have another view scheme for 1 month, then another for 1 week, then another for 3 days and finally today like:

Recently Imported (3 months)
       1 month
       1 week
       3 days
       Today
