Command line for Play

Is there a command line I can type into one of those Hotkey programs in order to have a hotkey for playing/pausing mediacenter?

This shouls do it:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\mjextman.exe /MCC 10000, 0

Look in the CSV file in the directory:
C:\Program Files\J River\Media Center\Data\Extras\Girder
