It doesnt even start up.... and it i only updated it the other day!!

i was using it yesterday and it suddenly said it needed to close.... and now when ever i start it up it. .....says "media core has encountered a problem and needs to close......"

no other programs on my machine do this...and i just downloaded the lastest stable 9.1 version.... i am not amazing with PC... as u can tell reading this!

i have tried reloading over the top...... but not a uninstall!!?

any ideas...from someone.. i would be very grateful!

i have loads of music that needs playing!

Someone else had a similar problem about two or three weeks ago and it ended up being a virus.  Try looking for similar messages.
