Is there a simple way to get rid of uncompressed music in my music files on my harddrive & just keep the mp3 files. Or do I need to go into each file & delete them. Thanks for any replys!! The more I use this program the more I like it!!

I am not sure exactly what you mean.
When I encode a file I set my options to delete the original file when it is finished.

Many many ways to do this.

Here's the easiest...

Show the File Type column (in Media Library) and do a sort on extension. Now that they're lumped together, you can highlite the files and Shift Delete to remove them.

10-27

edit: Lisa's method is easier yet

The path is MC>Tools>Options>Encoding>Delete temporary files ...
