My reuqest list...
1) Better album thumbnail support.  (Ideally it would work kind of like the plugin.  When displaying all audio, MC would show all the album covers.  If I double click on a cover, it would open the album and show me the track list (I guess two ways to do this one is in the main window, the other would be on a side panel).  If I wanted to play the album, I would right click and press play.   When I am done viewing tracks, there would be an easy way to navigate back to the main (multialbum view screen)

2)AAC tag support!  (I am addicted to itunes and wish I could play my songs here,  Plus, I think aac is superior to mp3 so I rip everything into that format now.. better sound, small size, and works on my ipod)

3)Better visualizations!  in myopinion, 3d visualizaitons, while a nice touch arent that great. I much prefer more visuaizations like the original oes, or iideally support for winamp or itunes vizs.

Replay gain works well when playing a mixed playlist but is not so good when playing back a whole album.

Can it be re-worked to allow an average replay gain for a whole album and when the entire album is played back it uses the average RG rather than the RG for each individualk track.

Will make albums like Pink Floyd = The Wall real again etc.

Have you ever had to run for the volume control when a very loud song starts playing?  With Media Center you can playback all your files at the same volume level, even if Glenn Gould follows Metallica in a playlist.  All you have to do is set Media Center to analyze your files, and then turn on Replay Gain during playback. You can then also guarantee that any CD you burn will always playback at the same volume, even for “Various Artists” type CDs.  Media Center analyses Replay Gain levels, BMPs (beats per minute) and intensity, so you can easily create a playlist suitable for Aerobics or dancing.

Album Gain would be a huge plus here. Second this request. Radio works, but not like I usually listen on MC. Another thing along this line would be for MC to be able to tell whether it is an album (full) playing or part of a mixed playlist and use Radio Gain for that.

Hi,

For v10 may I request better support to enter Album information.   Now, when I purchase a CD, and if YADB does not have the listing, I need to find the Album on the Internet, and cut the titles individually.  I hope I can grab all the titles and paste it onto MC.  This will be neat.

LCD menu support!  

It should be simple.  I don't want the hum of a TV when I listen to my music - I know I am not alone...  An LCD interface would make MC and any computer a Audiotron/Slimp3/box for 1/4 of the price!  

If you haven't already - get an LCD (CrystalFontz or similar) you will quicly learn to love it!
