Has anyone tried to do any non-trivial search using this forum's Search page?  It's got lots of fields, but it doesn't seem like it pays attention to anything except the "search for" field.

For example, I wanted to find threads about YADB, so I put YADB into the search for box, and unchecked "Message" under "Fields to search".  The results that came back were all ones that had YADB in the body, which is pretty useless, since every time someone posts their system info it's in there.

Or I wanted to look up threads I'd posted to, so put "bvm" in the "by user" box.  The search came back with no results.
