Tray Icon for MC
« on: January 21, 2004, 05:58:13 pm »

OK, I won't plug in my iPod for a couple days.

For some reason this build put an icon in my System Tray. I think the option has been there forever but I never noticed it.

Anyways, I just thought to myself.... Hmmm.... maybe I can tell it to only use the system tray instead of the taskbar.  Lo and behold, there was an option for that in Options, so now I have a less cluttered taskbar!

Thanks, folks.  Sometimes my taskbar gets way too full.

This makes it alot LESS useable in my opinion.

I'm used to double clicking on things just to make sure they happen.
Works fine for all my programs except now with MC when I try to do it, it's basically trying to make MC appear fullscreen and then instantly making it disappear again from the second click.

Could this either be put back to the old way or could a delay be put in so any second clicks detected within say 1 or 2 seconds were just ignored to stop MC shooting on and off screen instantly?

Sorry, Z, but we're going to change this back to the way it previously behaved.

Hey JimH,

that's new! Just because Nila complained???

I like the new way except that the old option doesn't do anything!

Damn...I guess nobody uses ICQ here or lots of other programs that do it that way...oh well, was nice for 24 hours.

Can't we get a single-click/double-click option (registry hack mabye)?

What's the registry hack again to increase MC's MRU right-click list?

The click behavior isn't changing.

Just whether it's always there.

I think...
