Need Help with TREEPATH=Playlists\Top Hits
« on: November 27, 2003, 06:20:23 pm »

Syntax problem:

Using Windows Shortcut script to make f-keys control Jukebox.

This works to start MJ, load music to Playing Now and start Playing:

"C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\mjextman.exe /PLAY TREEPATH=Playlists\Top Hits"

problem is it loads the entire media library. I can't get it to load any particular playlist.

Anybody know what's wrong? And, how do I get it to work right?

Using MJ 8 and Windows ME.

Try mjextman.exe /Play "TREEPATH=Playlists\Top Hits"

Notice the quotes around the 3rd parameter.

I think I remember having a problem with this in the past .. it had to do with the SPACE in the playlist name .. if you change it to TOP-HITS and use Playlist\Top-Hits I think it will work ..
