Feedback from a new user...
The Media Mode icons are a bit confusing. The All Media icon looks like... something unfamiliar. The Music icon looks like the Drives & Devices icon in the tree. The Images icon looks like the Camera icon in the Action Window. The Videos icon looks like nothing else in the program. The Print icon in the action window looks like the Image icon in the Action Window (which actually shows cover art most of the time).
New user assumed the media mode buttons were related to physically managing discs & cameras, which is what they looked like. Also thought Print in the Action Window was for ordering prints, since the icon looks a photo. Did not grasp the relationship between the media mode icons and the media types in the tree.
Suggestion:
Make the All Media icon look more like an collection of media, and not a browser
Make the Music media mode icon a musical note, like in the tree
Make the Images media mode icon... more image-like
Make the Videos media mode icon a film strip, like in the tree
Make the Print icon in the AW look like a printer
When viewing music files, relabel "Image" in AW as "Cover Art"
Also, let us choose an icon in the AW and the tree that looks like an iPod, for Handheld!
