License questions

Hi,
I couldn't find the answer to these questions in the FAQ area.
1. Can I install MJ Plus on a computer that has no internet connection? If so, what files do I need to use to accomplish this?
2. Can I restore MJ Plus on a computer that has had Windows 2000 Pro reinstalled? How about a computer that has undergone a complete harddrive reformat?
I'll definitely be buying MJ Plus, but the answer to these questions may force me to wait until after I've restored my machines with fresh copies of Windows.

You can install MJ on a computer not connected to the Internet.  See the FAQ on licensing for how you save the Install Key (right click on Registration Key when you purchase).  

Reinstalling on a new OS or new drive are the same as above.
