Yesterday I have purchased MJ 8. IThe automatic license code installation failed with a non saying mesage error installing license. I tried to install it by using the restore option. But again the same error message. I reinstalled the mj. still error. I could not make it work with that license cod you provided neither he fil load option nor the internet restore option work. I am using a windows xp system with no specialities installed. So I am stuck. Spent 25 bugs but still in dem mode. That is frustrating...Please help! ?

Use only Internet Explorer, go to your e-mail you have the *.mjr file ( License ) save that file to disk an make a manual restore  Help> install license> from mjr file

i don't think the mjr file is in the e-mail message.

if i remember correctly it is the license code that you use at the restore page that is in e-mail.

once ar the restore page you use that code and you can also save the license file to the drive.

Make sure that you are using the LATEST build from the download page. Restore licence may not work with previous builds.
