Restoring media jukebox 8
« on: May 08, 2004, 06:33:18 pm »

Please advice

I need to restore media jukebox 8 which I have purchased. I have the registration code and an installation key. But when i fill in the registation code all that comes up is a licence agreement and no instructions.

What do i do to restore?

Thank you

Thank you for your prompt reply.

Yes I did get into a section where it told me to fill in the registration code and then i had to click on restore. when i did this what immediately came up was thie licence agreemnent but it was not in plain english, most of it was in some type of computer language.

However, there may be a simpler way. If i purchase MJ 10 will I only have to pay for the upgrade providing I have my MJ 8 code. And will it matter that I have no trace of media juke box on my computer?

Thanks for your help.
