So long Ray.....

Say Hi to Dad !

Listening to: 'Georgia On My Mind' from 'Essential Tracks' by 'Ray Charles' on Media Center 10

PS: Sorry folks for some sentiments. My Dad who passed away a long time ago was a big Ray Charles fan. The music he played has dominated my childhood and introduced me to Jazz, Blues & the Rythm'n blues

I had the privilege of seeing Ray Charles in concert twice in the 1980's, in San Sebastian, Spain and in London (where he was backed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra).  God, I wish I had videos of those concerts!

What a voice! We'll miss him.
