Media Center 11 License

I just about considering to upgrade to MC 10, now MC 11 is in development. Will I have to pay to upgrade to MC 11 from MC 10 too?
What happen with MC 10? Will it have any updates in the future?

Pricing policies are set when each version is nearer completion.  

V11 may even be a different product.
